HLB Jivanjee and Company was incorporated in 1983 in Abu Dhabi under the management of Mr. M. K. Jivanjee as the sole partner then. Mr. Jivanjee qualified in England as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1975 and was employed in London with Arthur Young & Co. After qualification in 1975, he joined Whinney Murray & Co. (now Ernst & Young) at their Abu Dhabi office. In 1980 he left Whinney Murray to join Federal Commercial Bank and in 1983 started his practice.

In 1987 Jivanjee and Company was admitted as Abu Dhabi representative office of the 12th largest International Auditors Group - HLB International, who have offices throughout the world.

HLB Jivanjee and Company has good range of local and international clients and these include consultants, oil field services, contracting, general trading, etc etc and many other small and medium size firms

We have offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and registered with Jabel Ali Free Zone, Sharjah Airport International Free Zone and Ras al-Khaimah Free Zone.

ACHIEVEMENT COST MODEL OF ABU DHABI AIRPORT COMPANY BY HLB JIVANJEE AND COMPANY

Abu Dhabi Airport Services (ADAS) have proudly and formally commenced a new Cost Model to our Airport Operations which has been certified by HLB Jivanjee & Company. ADAS is a ground handling service provider for 6 airports including the new expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal 3 which is in spree of opending. The cost model had been created by the team of ADAS professionals where it calculates the costs per service provided to aircrafts by the company. According to Mr. Graham Keddie, General Manager "The Cost Model has given us a new look at the way we are doing business, by providing minute details such as cost per service. Also this model will povide us the standards for the services which will assist in performance inprovement."
